FAQs:
When should I arrive?
Doors open at 6pm, however the show won’t start until 7pm. The earlier you arrive, the more time you’ll get to chat, drink, eat and have a go on the simulators!
Where is it?
F1 Arcade is located right next to St Paul’s Station (Central Line). Upon entry to F1 Arcade, walk up the stairs, and once you’re at the top, look up to your right and head for “The Briefing Room”. We’ll be checking confirmation emails upon arrival.
Is Food & Drink included?
No, there’s no free food or drink I’m afraid. But don’t worry, F1 Arcade has a wide range of food and drink options available. We’ll have our own private bar for the event, so please make sure you place all drinks orders at this bar. We will allocate a slot in which we’ll recommend any food orders are placed, however you are completely free to order whatever you want whenever you want. More will be communicated on this during the night, but rest assured you won’t go thirsty or hungry!

Will there be seating?
Seating will be available for most. 85 tickets will be sold in total, and we’ll have seating for around 65/70. The show will be divided up into multiple sections with breaks, so we’ll be encouraging people to move around and not hold onto their seats all night. The earlier you arrive the more chance you have of getting a seat.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy up to 4 tickets in any one transaction. The confirmation email will act as your ticket into the event. If you are ordering multiple tickets, you MUST all arrive together to allow us to keep track of who has or hasn’t arrived.
Can I come on my own?
Of course! It’s an especially nice opportunity if you’re on your own as far as we’re concerned. You get to meet other like minded F1 fans, and bond over how terrible Tommo & Aldas’ takes are. We will do our best to get around and chat with everyone who comes, we look forward to meeting you all - whether you’re in groups, or running solo!
Can I get a refund?
If you’re unable to make it, but know somebody else who’d like your ticket, you’re welcome to pass it over. Alternatively if you want a full refund, that’s fine - but you need to let us know at least 72 hours before the event. For either, make sure to email me@tommccluskey.co.uk with the subject line “Live Show Question” with all information and we can facilitate that.
What if I have specific requirements?
If you require any specific access, or have any further questions, please let us know. Email me@tommccluskey.co.uk with the subject line “Live Show Question” and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
